Hey, My name is Nastasia
I am a dedicated yoga instructor with a transformative journey that began at the age of 20. After a serious back injury left me in constant pain, I discovered yoga as a path to reclaiming my life. Through consistent practice, I found relief not just physically, but also emotionally and mentally. Yoga became my sanctuary—a tool for healing and a gateway to a deeper understanding of myself.
My exploration of yoga led me to its rich philosophy, which has been my guiding light during challenging times, including overcoming burnout in my previous career as a Buyer in Paris and navigating the complexities of grief and an abusive relationship. Seeking a fresh start, I moved to Australia, where my passion for yoga flourished. In 2019, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training, and by January 2020, I began sharing this incredible practice with others.
In my quest for growth, I pursued a diploma in holistic art therapy and returned to France, where I further enhanced my expertise with a 300-hour yoga teacher training. My journey then took me to Morocco, where I had the privilege of collaborating with various yoga centers, retreats, hotels, and studios, enriching my experience and understanding of diverse practices.
In 2022, I launched Namasta Yoga, offering online classes, summer sessions in Dinard, and private lessons tailored to individual needs. My mission is to share the philosophy of yoga and help you cultivate a comfortable relationship with your body. Yoga is for everyone—my goal is to help you find a practice that resonates with you amidst the many techniques available.
I believe that yoga doesn’t have to be boring or serious. It’s a vibrant journey of self-realization, and just as each individual is unique, so too is their practice. At Namasta Yoga, we embrace the idea that there are as many practices as there are people on Earth.
Join me in this beautiful journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Let’s release self-criticism and embrace the joy of movement together.
Welcome to Namasta Yoga, where your practice is uniquely yours.

RESTORATIVE - YIN YOGA
Yin yoga is a slow-paced, meditative style that integrates principles of traditional Chinese medicine with postures held for extended periods. This practice allows for deep stretching, promoting increased flexibility and the release of tension throughout the body.
Yin yoga can evoke strong emotions as we work on deep tissues and fascia, where emotional traumas may be stored. To create a safe space for this exploration, each session begins with a discussion about emotions, life’s stresses, and the philosophy of yoga.
During the practice, we utilize various props—such as bolsters, blocks, and blankets—to support the body and enhance relaxation. Poses, such as Butterfly, Dragon, and Sphinx, are held for 3 to 10 minutes, effectively encouraging deep release and allowing practitioners to experience profound relaxation and rejuvenation.
Participants often find that Yin yoga not only increases physical flexibility but also fosters emotional healing and mental clarity, making it a holistic approach to wellness.
ACTIVE YOGA PRACTICE
Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga are active practices that build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness through movement and breath. While both forms focus on uniting body and mind, they offer unique approaches to achieving balance and vitality.
Hatha Yoga emphasizes holding poses with intention, focusing on alignment, stability, and breath awareness. It provides a slower-paced practice, ideal for building a strong foundation, enhancing body awareness, and developing inner stillness.
Vinyasa Yoga, on the other hand, is a dynamic and fluid practice where poses are seamlessly linked together through breath, creating a continuous flow. This invigorating style promotes flexibility, endurance, and a sense of rhythm, offering a more energetic approach to movement.
Together, Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga provide a well-rounded approach to physical and mental well-being, whether you seek the mindful steadiness of Hatha or the energetic vitality of Vinyasa. Both practices culminate in moments of relaxation and integration, leaving you grounded and refreshed.
MEDITATION
Meditation is a versatile practice that involves calming or focusing the mind using a variety of mental and physical techniques. While some forms emphasize clearing the mind, others encourage observing your thoughts without judgment, cultivating mindfulness, or directing your attention to a specific point of focus, such as your breath, objects or a mantra.
If you've struggled with meditation because sitting still in silence feels impossible or your thoughts keep racing, you're not alone—many people experience this. The good news is that meditation isn’t about stopping your thoughts but learning to engage with them differently.
By fostering a deeper connection with yourself, meditation can bring a sense of calm, break the cycle of overthinking, and help manage stress and anxiety. It also supports emotional well-being, improves sleep, and may reduce symptoms of depression.
With over 200 techniques to explore—both passive and active—there’s likely a style that aligns with your needs and preferences. Meditation is not about perfection but about finding what works best for you.
Breathwork
Breathwork or Pranayama is one of the most powerful practices in yoga, serving as a bridge between the body, mind, and soul. Through conscious breathing, it not only enhances lung capacity and improves the efficiency of the vascular system but also helps balance the nervous system, fostering mental clarity and emotional resilience.
Breathwork is a versatile tool that can be adapted to suit different needs. Techniques like diaphragmatic breathing and alternate nostril breathing (Nadi Shodhana) promote relaxation and reduce stress, while more energizing practices like Kapalabhati (Skull-Shining Breath) invigorate the body and sharpen focus.
In addition to these physical benefits, certain breathwork techniques actively support trauma healing. By soothing the fight-or-flight response and gently accessing stored emotions, breathwork helps release tension held in the body. This process can foster emotional breakthroughs, self-awareness, and a deeper sense of inner peace.
Whether used as a standalone practice or integrated into a broader yoga routine, breathwork is a powerful means of cultivating balance, vitality, and connection with the self.
